Shop itself is fine. A good variety of home and clothes which I like to visit often.
However the toilets tonight are horrific, the smell coming from them hits you and soon as you turn in to use them.

I purchased a joint of pork with the sell by date 14th of May. When I got home I put it into my freezer . I then took it out of the freezer on the 25th of May and defrosted in my fridge so I could cook it on the 26th which was 12 days past the sell by date but the pork had a of smell about it. I went a head and cook it thinking it was just me but I was wrong . After 230 of cooking time I cut a piece of and try it it was definitely off. I rang the store and was told that they would only refund 5 days after the sell by date. I have Googled a good health guide which says that pork can be eaten safely 3 / 6 months after purchase

Cars dark and does not feel very safe, as there are no pedestrian paths, so you are walking in a very poorly lit car park, in the road. Trolleys outside are often broken, I tried three, two had broken wheels, seems a simple thing for the store to check. The store is great, large selection of produce. Local kids use it as a playground occassionally, so the store security has their work cut out for them.

Wot can l say! This is my beloved SavaCentre and locals from the 80’s would remember it as such. It was probably one of the first hypermarkets in the West Mids. I remember going there in my dad’s old Escort (really old car) and it and everything you could ask for; food, clothing at the time, toys and lots of them. Good selection of food and they also sell small electrical items and gaming in addition to stationary. This also have a branch of Timpson. I would wholeheartedly recommend this branch of Sainsbury’s (Why break the habit of a lifetime; I still call it SavaCentre).

Probably my favourite supermarket chain. I personally find they do the best balance between quality food and good value. Not as flash as M&S or Waitrose, but definitely the best of the rest. This is a great store. I’ve been coming here for decades and usually do most of my Christmas food shop from here. Also their petrol is usually the best priced local to me, only occasionally undercut by Tesco Extra in West Bromwich. Lots of free parking (two levels of it), and now also has an Argos inside.
