MAKE IT TESCOS staff have no intention on serving customers other then one member, and he’s always calling for assistance…

This store is a nice local store but has recently shifted from their normal customer service standards.
Usually when they are busy and that is very often, the counter assistant rings a bell when the queue gets more than 4 customers long. This used to be really great and service was brilliant however, now this has stopped and very often the queue can get to 10 customers with only one or maybe two at most serving. Whats happened?
Is this a new policy or has the manager given up on focusing on customer service?? Come on Sainsbury’s let’s get that bell ringing so that we can be on our way to work without having to wait in a long queue of people!!!
Putting stuff on shelves can wait when customers are buying products!!

Very nice very lovely convenient shop at the right place. Visit from time to time when I am around. Recommended for a quick shopping definitely or something bigger there is enough to choose from.

This has always being a regular shop for me! Due to poor mobility I hadn’t shopped here in 2months! Today I went it and to my horror most of the items have been moved!
I had lost my bearings and didn’t have a clue what I wanted! Normally I would have 3 bags of shopping today I came out with 1! Very disappointed!
