Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 The customer assistant I think her name is Gemma. She is always wearing a mask. I think she’s very unprofessional. She doesn’t acknowledge when a customer is asking her something, I find her a little rude. She appears to have no customer service skills. Other staff that has served me I have no complaints. Overall, shop is always tidy and well stocked.

Got a chicken wrap for 74p reduced from 3 pounds, plus a pot of porridge oats priced at 70p!! Very professional lady on the till she was nice, will probably return again if I’m in the area!!

The manager went away behind the back of the store.
I thought he was talking to someone round there, but he came back with a printed A4 sheet showing terms and condition. This stated you must have the same card that the goods were purchased with.
This was not next to the bit about refund given within thirty day period.

Did and she picked! It up and when I went to hold out my hand for change she had placed it on the counter. . When I got the receipt she placed it on the counter before moving onto the next customer whilst I was still gathering my things.
I left perplexed and even looked in my mirror to see if there was anyone ony face which may explain her behaviour. Nothing . So the only conclusion is ; she is either has a germ phobia or she doesn’t like to make contact with people of my colour with. Either; way this needs to be addressed. But I won’t be holding my breath.
