I shop here every week and I love the quality of the fresh produce like meat, fish, fruits and vegetables. The self service check-out area could do with being made a lot larger as there’s always a queue as it’s very popular.

As you would expect. Huge car park, Notcutts garden centre on the same park and the Tesco offering a large range. Tesco mobile, pharmacy, bakery and deli counter with cheese, fish and meats.
Range of non food items on the first floor mezzanine with clothing, electrical and household items.
Service could be better and staff could be more helpful with a smile once in a while.

Self scan doesn’t work.. this is the third time we had the full scan ..that’s an absolute waste of time and efforts. Store is good and staff is good but self scan is horrendous

Huge store with multiple departments including an optician. Reasonably well stocked for vegans etc but staff at self checkouts not directing people well to the empty tills. Would like to see more attentive staff please.

The cafe was a miserable experience. Ordered food, which others who ordered after me were getting served, when the food arrived 40mins later, it was cold yet the chips were hot ” we cook to order ” was what was said fantastic. If the chips take the longest put them first, rather than letting all the food go cold, then when complained, fine recieved a refund, but a suffering of slopy shoulder does not help, letting down the catering world.
