Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 The Waitrose in Solihull delivers the standard or customer service that we have come to expect from Waitrose over the years. I visited on a Sunday morning and even though it was bustling with people going about there shopping the staff were always visible and friendly. The security staff whilst walking around was chatty and engaging with the customers.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Super clean shop with a great selection, and friendly staff. Not as expensive as people make out, especially if you use buy fresh ingredients rather than ready made, or branded goods. The own brand foods tend to be better than the branded stuff in my experience.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I’ve been a Waitrose fan ever since I stepped foot into Little Waitrose over in West Malling, Kent. The prices are a reflection of quality across the shopping experience. Waitrose lead the way to a more sustainable, healthier food culture.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Great food. Famously pricier than other supermarket chains but not as expensive as everyone makes out, and you get what you pay for. In this particular branch, the gentleman on the self-service tills is very helpful and polite. A lot of offices nearby so I try not to visit during lunch hours.

The Solihull branch is my local favourite. Not as glamorous as the epic Salisbury outlet. It still stocks a good range. The helpful Southern Midlands work force makes it the warmest experience in my overly-biased opinion.
