Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Total appreciation and gratitude for this place. The resources available to the public is abundant. Definitely a place for growth and development. Staff are friendly, helpful and patient. Honestly a top place and state of the arts that is available to the general public.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Fantastic venue, plenty of parking, loads of staff to guide you, and the pools are amazing. They have hydraulic floors enabling variable water depths. State of the art gym. Also all types of classes available

But bringing my little one here for her first swimming lesson since the old pool closed and they could have done with much better temporary signage for the first few weeks explaining who goes where. Poor management team I would imagine, as this should have been thought of. Queues for desk were huge and we were concerned we’d miss her class, so I just went and found a staff member to help. Nothing explained in the email from SLT about how to navigate first transferred lesson. Also pool for beginners (studio pool) is 1.2m deep, old pool was much shallower. This bit was not well thought out for kids. Good facility, way it’s managed needs improvement.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Waiting nearly 20 minutes to pay to go swimming. Paid for a family session and didn’t get that. Was kicked out the pool for not having a wristband, to which we wasn’t given 1 got asked to prove this while standing at the side of the pool with a autistic child thinking his done something wrong. Got scammed by this place and won’t be coming back. Having to explain to a autistic child, sorry, no more swimming. If your coming here be careful
