Very welcoming, very warm and understanding of exactly what needs to be done.. they know their stuff here. I am very happy with my items and the way they have been altered. I 100% reccomend Elegant Stitches for any alterations and I would say any other services they provide will be just as top notch.

Rating:5 I have had a lot of garments made from here the work is very professional beautiful stitching they can work with fragile and expensive fabrics brill service highly recommend I’ve had this jacket made recently from a beautifully embroidered very heavy fabric I had from India and it looks great with a lot of pieces they can adapt outfits you have into dresses I’m awaiting a dress which I’ll also post on here when it’s ready very happy with the workmanship and friendly efficient service.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I took a brand new jacket to get an adjustment as the arms were a little on the long side. It was ready just a week later and the result is fantastic – you’d never know it had been done at all. Perfect fit. I will definitely use Elegant Stitches again.

Took my wedding dress to be altered and the 2 gentleman couldn’t be anymore helpful. Such brilliant customer service, so kind and considering. Explained different ways the alterations could be done and gave such honest opinions. Quality of service was 10/10!!!

They have also tailored my partner’s suit, along with one of his groomsmen’s. I also sent my mom there to get her suit altered for the wedding. They’re very professional, but also very lovely and friendly. Thank you to Elegant Stitches for all of your help for our big day. I can’t recommend this place enough if you have any tailoring/alteration needs
