Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Ocean Fryer is the best chip shop in Wolverhampton! The food was amazing and they gave us quite a large portion which was obviously easy to finish as it was so warm and well flavoured! A big thanks to Karen and Carol who welcomed us warmly . I would definitely recommend this chip shop to anyone in Wolverhampton❤❤❤

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Great fish and chips, always fresh, batter never sticks to the paper, these guys use different paper to wrap the fish, compared to others, so the fish is always intact and looking fresh.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 They sell vegetarian battered chips (i.e. cooked in separate oil from fish/meat) which are hard to find. Today had a cone and previously had a butty which had a generous amount of chips.

Was being served and server was talking to me, as he was talking spit (or food) came out of his mouth accidentally (it happens to us all sometimes when we talk) I asked for a new portion after explaining he spat (I should have said something came out his mouth) on my food for which he denied, he gave me a new portion though!!
As I left the shop I looked in the shop window to see him putting the tray of chips he was serving me back with the other food!

They also do plain chips on request.
Nice friendly staff, good prices, genuine good portions.
