Been coming here for samosas and pakora for a while now. Food is always lovely and fresh and the staff are very friendly. Every time my sister visits we end up here getting food. Keep up the good work and will know doubt see you soon.

Clean and open place and welcoming atmosphere. Wide range of sweet and savouries. Very delicious food. Most of the food is pre packed. Sweats are always fresh. Highly recommended for vegetarian food. Pay a visit you won’t be disappointed.

Food is always tasty and fresh. They have a wide range of sweets and savouries and we have never had an issue with the quality of the food from here. They also have a lot of snacks from India which you can’t find in many other places. If you don’t want to wait for the food to be cooked fresh which takes time I would recommend calling beforehand which we do and this saves a lot of time. Recently they have also labelled everything very clearly which is a good addition to the shop.

First time I visited this establishment, worst experience ever. I was stood waiting to be served (being the only person in the shop) but was ignored for several minutes. Eventually i was served by a women, how had a face like a slapped-backside, no greeting no smile, so rude. I ordered samosa with chutney and saag. When I got home, I found they had not provided any chutney, when I picked up the container of saag up it was totally runny, it looked like green soup, totally inedible. Then to add insult to injury the samosa where disgusting, no taste no flavor, worst samosa I’ve ever tasted in my life, in fact they were not worthy of being called samosas. It was just potato, with a bit of jeera and coriander in pastry.
Overall worst service and food I have ever experienced. An embarrassment to Punjabi cuisine.

let me tell you, the Samosa Factory is absolutely amazing! Their samosas are crispy, flavorful, and filled with a delicious mix of potatoes, peas, and spices. And their sweets? Oh my goodness, they are heavenly! From traditional Indian sweets like gulab jamun to mouthwatering treats like kaju katli, every bite is a burst of sweetness. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the experience is truly delightful. So, if you’re craving some tasty Indian snacks and sweets, the Samosa Factory is the place to go! You won’t be disappointed, my friend!
