0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Excellent sales support from Jason Curtis. Answered all our questions and was very patient as we had to go back and forth to get sign off from our committee. Traing and support were excellent as well. Would recommend B4BC. System does exactly what we needed it to and will greatly increase our contact with prospective members and supply a better service to current members.

Since then the company I work for has been sold and due to the economic situation circumstances have changed. The number of handsets we currently have are no longer required, 1 of them doesn’t work at all but are still being charged for it, I have had a log open since the start of the month to help resolve the issue. The phones do often drop out, I think most of them have been replaced at least once as they had faults, we were even told we had to pay carriage to return the faulty handsets! At Christmas they ‘forgot’ to take the Christmas message off so we could not receive phone calls. The previous owner signed a 5 year deal, we are 2 and half years in and prices have increased twice. I am unable to reduce the number of handsets unless I sign up to a new 5 year deal that would take us to 2029. I can however add them if I need to. To be honest what business ...
