Came out to my property and dug my driveway up without permission and damaged it, told me virgin media had given them permission so we phoned virgin media and said is this true they said no it’s not they can only install a box and any construction works etc need doing you need to speak to the homeowner first. Workers didn’t seem to care, my wife told them to take the wire out and they couldn’t be bothered so they left it in and I found it later on, they need to come and fix my drive or I’m seeking legal advice for this issue and you will be giving me a whole new drive! I’ll be contacting the council and local mp about this work you have taken out on my property without my permission.

Luckily we have a ring doorbell with footage of you doing it, which they failed to press when they came to the house because I assume the more jobs you do the more they get paid? Your staff should be sacked for this.
