0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Went in to change phone and from payg to a contract spent 1 and half hours talking to 3 members of staff only to be told I would have to wait at least another half hour or go back the next day not very impressed 3 others also walked out

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I was served by Ben wanted to see if I could lower my monthly bill and he went above and beyond and got my bill down really happy with my experience Ben’s a really nice guy and explained everything about my new contract he’s a credit to EE.

Avoid this place especially the manager very rude

I went to pick a phone to upgrade my sim to a phone found one for 43 pounds a month and had to be orderd in so I went with that.went home thought I’d have a look at some others online just to check the prices found another phone ( better than the one I was about to get) for the same price so immediately went to the shop and explained, they said I’d have to wait untill the phone has been delivered to the store.
I go to the store once it’s been delivered explained again what’s happened told them I no longer want the phone I found a better deal so would rather have it sent streight back I was then met with another member of staff trying to push me into sticking with the phone I was told to just take it home and keep it I stood my ground after going over and over they then tried selling me a nintendo switch for months installments, eventually I got my 30 upfront deposit back and now the problems have started
