Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Waited for 20 minutes on the phone no answer. I needed to answer some questions about my wife’s phone which had gone totally black but is still under warranty. Apparently Solihull is where the phones are sent for their repairs so this is not promising…

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Had 0 issues using this place as part of the Samsung Partner repair scheme. Booked an appointment for 4pm, sorted out details and came back the next day to collect my repaired phone. I have noticed a few reviews complaining that the shop won’t repair the phone after 4pm which is not correct – My phone was ready for collection around 5.40pm the same day but was advised it might be longer hence decision to go home and come back the next day.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 When my phone went in for repair, everything seemed to go well. We got the papers and picked the phone up the next day. We get back home to realise they didn’t put my SIM card back in.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 NEW MANAGER NEEDED. As others have said no one answers the phone at this branch (other branches do answer!) EE need to get a manager in this branch who understands customer service and gets someone to answer the phone. Or at least have an answer machine and call back. Absolutely impossible to get them to answer no matter what day or time of day you call.

After dozens of calls spread over a week or more we finally got in contact with the store as they dontbanswer their phones.
We then learn they were supposed to bring the sim card out to me and because they can’t store my data due to gdpr, they destroyed my sim card without any warning beforehand and without telling me afterwards. There was also nothing to sign to say this was okay or I knew about it.
Not only was it a huge inconvenience for it to happen in the first place , but it took a ridiculous amount of time to contact them. Its nice in store but if you need to contact them remotely there’s no point.
