STAY AWAY!!!! Im a local business, i’ve been stuck in a contract with these guys for a very long time now, ive been trying to sign in to this app for weeks now. The service is TRASH!!! Im stuck abroad with this horrendous service and overcharges!!!!!!!

Just like another review,my phonecalls are being ignored and they are going to beat me into submission of chasing a refund,as i am not going to take them to court,even though i know and have the evidence that i would win. This is my first ever Google review,and hope it is the last,but i will continue to put negative reviews on here until i get my refund (that they promised to give me back, as they incorrectly took the funds in the first place). Fingers crossed and when they pay us, i will happily remove this review.
ANOTHER WEEK HAS GONE BY, IS THIS COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS?

Worst company ever! Been waiting since May for connection, senior managers blamed openreach, I cancelled with them and went to BT direct who got me up and running in two weeks.
Avoid this company at all costs!

absolutely shocking ! Double billed, no phone calls back, still awaiting credits from Jan & Feb. After speaking to a director 4 weeks ago he promised that he would resolve, nothing ! My phone calls are now being ignored ! After now switching suppliers they are withholding our PAC codes ! Been with this company for over 8 years and this is how they treat you ! Avoid at all costs.
