Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Very good company to work with. Right from the initial sales call through to aftercare we have been supported well. We have had a VOIP system installed through TIC that covers everything we needed and has not only reduced costs to our business but increased functionality from our previous system. Would recommend to anyone looking for a VOIP solution.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Initial pricing of a new system was slightly off the mark until I shared a competitors price which was matched. I did this as we had been TIC customer for 8 years at that point and moving office I ideally wanted people I could trust without the worry.

TIC’s service is excellent and they continue to help us advance our telephone and communication systems. I would recommend TIC to anyone. Fast forward to the move and the implementation of the new system – A few niggles all ironed out prior to our go live date and any subsequent ones have been dealt with very professionally & quickly
