Ok, so walking in, you present your ticket, which is scanned. Then you go to the next bit where you take photos with props. They give you a card so you can purchase the photos later.
Then you go up in the lift where you can go on a ride and shoot lasers at the Lego baddies. Be aware that this although fun, if you have little one’s its dark, with some bits that jump out. It’s a lot of fun if you have a competitive streak. You then get to pick the photos you want. Reasonable prices and good quality for the memories. Then there is an amazing room where you can view all the models. Some are interactive, which is great.
The next area is a big room with lots of activities, building stations, a soft play for under 5’s and one for bigger kids, a merry go round type ride (not just for the kids), I noticed a race track so you can build a car and race it. Some actual ride on race games. A master model builder station. Lots of seating, but it gets filled up fast. Toilets were larg...

We visited on Good Friday, we booked our tickets in advance & didn’t have to wait in a queue to gain entrance.
Our 11 year old son really enjoyed the 2 rides, the mini lego displays, the 4D cinema, the play area & being able to build with numerous Lego pieces & testing the cars he’d built on the racing ramps. There was enough to do to keep him busy for 6 hours.
There’s a cafe to have food & drinks but we took our own packed lunch & beverages.
It’s also located, right next to the canal, which is lovely.

One of the most beautiful places we visited, to celebrate my son’s sixth birthday. He loved Lego, He was delighted to explore the place with enthusiasm and many questions, A car was built in a good way, He was competing with his friends. He got to know them there, A wonderful atmosphere. Don’t get bored.
My daughter of year and half loved a place dedicated to her age. She was very happy . I think we will visit again.

We visited today with my 6-year-old son. He absolutely loved it!
We visited in the afternoon which is far quiter than the morning.
It was a lot smaller than I expected but my son had the best time and we spent 4.5 hours here and did the lot.
Cinema was fun, also 2 rides, mini land, soft play and car racing and building.
Cleaning needs to be more of a focus, but tbh it’s busy, and we saw staff cleaning.
We stayed until the end it was dead, no queues for the rides.
Would recommend this place for under 8s only. I totally understand why others find this place expensive, but my son loved it. Yes, Legoland is far, far better, but this was also great.
The picture combo was great £20, x2 large pics, x4 small, key ring, and fridge magnet.
Online there was a 2h ticket for £20 or a £30 all day which is what we did.

The highlight of our visit was definitely the 4D cinema, where we enjoyed watching 3D short films with special effects such as smoke, rain, and wind-like effects. The films were around 20 minutes long and there were three different ones that they kept repeating throughout the day.

Aside from the cinema, there were also a few workstations where you could create LEGO art, as well as separate play areas for children under 5 and above. The Merlins tide was also quite enjoyable. However, we found that the food options in the restaurants were not that great, so we would recommend bringing your own food to enjoy at the venue.

We visited during the winter months, and it seemed like it wasn’t very busy, as there were no waiting lines for the two rides. This allowed us to go on them multiple times and really enjoy ourselves. We also had the opportunity to watch the cinema multiple times on less busy days like this.

In addition to the rides and cinema, there is a small model village to e...
