Rating:2 The station has a tiny shelter and that’s just bike storage so it’s not a real shelter which means there’s no proper shelter. On the weekend, this station is quiet but on weekdays this station gets super busy especially 6 to 9 am and also there is no nearby bus stop. Trains come every 20 minutes here and the trains are torwards Northampton and Birmingham.

Rating:5 It does have a ticket machine inside the anti-rain room near the bikes. The only negative thing is the trains timetable. You can wait for hours.

Rating:5 It’s a fine train station. It has two tracks, two platforms an uninhabited room with no one inside. I thinks its supposed to be a ticket office. It possess all the bells and whistles that a 21st century train station needs. This includes lights, a bridge, floors etc.

Rating:4 Small nice train station with fast collection ticket machine in the waiting room on Platform 1 and a ticket office but I don’t usually see it open.

There isn’t a ticket machine but there is a permit machine. You can deposit a small amount into the machine for the permit. This means you can present the ticket to the officer on the train. Showing them you intended to get a ticket but the station didn’t have a machine. He or she may believe you and set you on your way. Or they may hit you with a £1000 fine starting your day off in the worst of ways.
The trains journeys along the tracks into the train station. Some of them stop at the station. Some of them proceed past the train station. If you board one of the trains it will voyage along the tracks to a new destination.
I often visit Birmingham or Coventry less than 20 minutes away.
