Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Staff are severely rude and unnecessarily belligerent. Literally every single interaction I have had with a member of staff at Five Ways has been horrendous, to say the very least.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Disappointed with the Trainline App. My first experience with flex tickets (8 passes) was really bad. I used it twice and the App showed that I only had 5 tickets left. And called customer service, and she said I scanned twice this morning in Five Way station. This is terrible, how can I ever trust and feel confident using this app and service again? I refunded it directly and don’t want to use it anymore.
