Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 It was a great experience traveling Megabus. It was on time and seats were spacious. The driver drove very safely and I enjoyed my trip. It is really economical and comfortable bus service. I’ll highly recommend it.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Delayed and pathetic service. Doesn’t allow to track coaches. And delayed for 60 min. How can they expect passengers to wait at 9 in the night in cold without information the bus is delayed.

Rating:1 I travel 3/12/2023 from Birmingham to Heathrow in night time with a lady driver , she was very rude ,unprofessional driver with a passenger not with me I feel sorry fir that passenger who was extremely misconduct by this female bus driver . She stop the bus and harass the passenger by calling a man from outside to fight with passenger. The

My suitcase was left on the road by a customer that obviously had no sense of decency or manners. They took their bags out and left mine on the road in the rain! When I complained to the driver he was very unprofessional and said don’t worry your bag won’t be left the next driver would have put it on!! Absolutely ridiculous. If I hadn’t got off to check my bag it could have been stolen or left behind! To everyone who will read these reviews please be careful because some people who travel on mega bus are absolutely stupid and irresponsible. The drivers don’t help and the bus is always delayed.

My bus turn up late due to traffic which was a result of the accident that occurred in the bus route.
The tickets were cheap especially if you had it on time. I paid a little extra because I have to reschedule my appointment.
The staff were nice, friendly and supportive; the drivers were great and experienced; and the bus seats were comfortable for a long journey like this.
My kids loved and enjoyed the couch(es). Above all, we had smooth journey to and fro London.
