0 You have already voted! Rating:1 This is a company that charges you excessive amounts for a holiday you could get cheaper if you do it yourself, then when you don’t take over inflated quotations because you found it cheaper elsewhere, they require you to pay £50 policy to get future quotations.

I went into the branch and he spent quite some time answeing my questions and running through everything I had been struggling with. Why exactly would I go with Trailfinders when I can get everything exactly the same with other companies for cheaper prices, in some cases as much as over £800 difference, then when you asked you to justify the price increase, they give you a load of legal rubbish about how other customers have been happy with them, and they can’t competitively priced match due to a numerous number of reasons of excuses.
That’s a cup of coffee, do you get is not free, you’ve paid for that in the price of your holiday, also be careful where you get reviews from it is the one on the website only seems to allow positive reviews, which defeats the point of a review.

I spent a fortune (for me) booking flights through Trailfinders and bit by bit I’m discovering things I hadn’t been told at the time if booking.
I finally got through on the phone to ask for help. The lady said uf I went in to the store they’d print the stuff I needed and help me out. They didn’t and now I’m really stressing that there’s stuff I’ve missed and I won’t find out tillI get to the airport.
The woman in the shop wouldn’t help me. They are just a reseller apparently.
Now I’m really worried and not at all relaxed or looking forward to my trip.
