0 You have already voted! Rating:5 We recently contacted our local TUI store in Solihull for advice about booking a Marella Cruise. We had never used TUI cruises before. We spoke to Claire, who was extremely knowledgable about the many TUI cruises on offer; she also gave us lots of hints & tips for a smooth sailing experience. Suffice to say, we booked a cruise and we had such a wonderful time that we have now ditched Royal Caribbean in favour of TUI Marella cruises! Thank you so much, Claire!

Thanks to Claire and the team at TUI Solihull for going that extra mile to ensure a smooth booking, journey, stay and safe return! We were even allowed to park outside a staff members home while we jumped in the taxi for a quick shuttle to the airport! We’ve never had that kind of service before. This is one of many TUI holidays iv had and 2nd with Solihull…well done to the team for reinstating my belief in customer service!

Amy was so welcoming, polite, friendly and patient as she found the best holiday deal for us possible. She helped us with the destination as the original place we wanted to go didn’t have many activities so she made sure to find a place with many different activities and things to do. She made sure to read through all of the reviews about the hotel from recent travellers as we wanted a perfect holiday. She was able to find us an amazing 4 star hotel for less than half the normal price as it was a last minute deal, so thankful for this. It was one of the best holidays and hotels we’ve been on and we can’t thank Amy enough for going above and beyond for us. Thank you so much I will definitely go to her for all of my future bookings.
