We initially had other options but decided to go with TUI as she was so nice and thorough with helping us find the best holiday for us with her knowledge of all of the available bookings. She helped us with the whole process and we are ready to check in and go! Amazing experience I would highly recommend.

I was so nervous about the whole thing but Lucy was absolutely amazing! She answered all our (my ) questions and reassured us in everything! We have seen Lucy previously too which is why we went back to her. She’s not just brilliant at her job that has so much knowledge behind her but she’s also such a lovely person, who makes you feel so comfortable and nothing is too much trouble for her! Will always go back to her too! She’s a credit to TUI west Bromwich x
