    Started off at this place over 20 years back the food was authetentic, cooked correctly and the right portions. With price increases continued to be a consumer of the products and service. They have clearly got too comfortable delivering up to 90 minutes late with cold food, poor customer service over the phone. Quality of food has declined! Businesses like this get comfortable and since the night life of Wolverhampton has died down I don’t see what’s so special about them. Poor overall the newer generation have come through there and just have no clue how to run the business!

    Ordered large mixed meat and chips x2 and when it arrived they were both medium, spoke to the store and to my amusement the manager said and I quote ” there is no difference brother, you get the same amount of meat in a large and medium and without salad it looks like there is less ” WHAT!!!!! So I told him I order the same every week and I think I know the difference. He was adamant that the meat is the same and refused a refund. Instead of saying they made a mistake he just made excuses. Whats the point of advertising a medium meal and a large meal when they are the same? “THIS” shop was so much better with the previous owners
    ! Stay away from these guys! It looks like I am not the only customer who had issues since the takeover, read the reviews.

    Guys were friendly and the food tastes fine but I paid £10 for this? 4 bits of chicken a few chips, some salad and a pitta slapped on top? I ordered a Kabab and this does have all the ingredients but it is no kabab.

    Been ordering from here for years, disgusting behaviour when I rang several times to enquire where my delivery is. Was initially told 45 minutes then told oh, be soon. Food finally came an hour and 45 minutes later freezing cold. Rang the store to let them know and they literally couldn’t care less, we was told oh it’s busy what do you expect? We expect to be treated a little better that’s what!

    Food was cold and hard. Driver told me he had 3 deliveries before mine that’s why he was late. When I phoned to tell them my food was inedible they just said we are busy, nothing we can do and hung the phone up on me mid conversation. What a joke.
