Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 There was no peri peri on peri peri fries so what’s so the point of selling peri peri fries. I ring the shop and the lady she said that you can collect extra peri peri from the shop but when I went there she argued with me instead of peri peri ☹️

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Customer service was ok.. the lady on the phone was polite and helpful as I told her I’m calling for the first. I wanted to try out some vegan fish and chips.. and I really wanted to leave a great review.. but I can’t unfortunately. Chips were not cooked properly and I don’t think vegan fish is for me TBH.

Ordered today and my pizza was over done and hard and my chips were burnt. I called them and explained that my food is over done hard and burnt (photo attached) I expected a sorry and not a issue we will get another pizza out to you. Instead the lady argued with me put me on hold came back and said we have changed our cheese so all our pizzas are burnt today it’s a extra crispy style as we changed the cheese then said ‘ well what do you want me to do about it?’ After going back and fourth she said give us the food back and we will refund you the money. I told her me and my partner came back from work tired waited an hour so have had some of the pizza (2 slices each) as we were so hungry! She said that’s fine. Her delivery driver came then argued with me again and said what do you want? After again disputing he took the food. THEN she proceeded to call me on unknown at 9pm to Argue about a pizza...

Rating:1 First time ive ordered from this place and will be the last time, Food arrived late and was delivered cold and boxes all wet .. i ordered the tandoori veg pizza and it was shocking how they can send a pizza in this state as u can see in the picture. Rang them to complain but they wont accept there customers complaint and wouldnt offer a refund just 10% off next order like im really going to order again. Not good experience.

Fries were soggy and seemed like they were days old heated up in the microwave. Requested sauce on chips but didn’t receive on either portion. Completely unedible
