Can get appointments on the day or fairly quickly which is just fabulous! Really positive experience here with everyone and the customer service is top notch! Thank you from me and Bailey Endley!

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Sadly my experience at 608 Vets Bentley Heath did not fill me with confidence following my visit at 5pm today. I had contacted the vets the previous week to make an appointment for tapeworm treatment to be administered to my dog prior to my return to Ireland. I was informed an OC vet would have to carry out this treatment and complete necessary paperwork and such a vet would be available today. The vet who administered the tablet spent the first 27 minutes googling what was required regarding paperwork and timescales of when the tablet can be administered prior to travel and what stamp to use in my dogs EU pet passport. I asked her if she was an OC vet and she confirmed she was but he process was very confusing. It was evident she wasn’t sure what to do. I also noticed the examination table had not been cleaned prior to me and my dog entering the room. It had dogs hairs all over it. The examination room was also very warm inside and after waiting 27 minutes for the vet to goog...

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Great vets, very polite, and always friendly. We have taken our 2 sets of rabbits there for the last 15 years. I have not got a bad word to say to them. I would definitely recommend these vets to anyone.

Like many I found brushing dog’s teeth to be difficult and had sought easier alternatives such as chews and food additives. These hadn’t worked and I grew concerned about Ted and Toby’s health; whilst taking Ted and Toby for a routine check-up I discovered the nurse-led dental clinic and booked them in.
Even though Ted and Toby were quite averse to having their teeth examined, Megan has a very friendly warm manner and soon put both dogs at ease. She was able to give them a thorough examination and confirmed that they both had gum disease; whilst Toby’s was in the early stages, Ted would need a scale and polish. Naturally I felt saddened and guilty at having let my dogs down, but was glad that we’d caught it in time before any permanent damage was done.
