Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I booked my dog’s appointment online which was easy and convenient. My dog was seen on time and the staff were friendly enough. Unfortunately, the issue has been with the after care! I was told my dog’s blood test results would be available later the same day of her appointment. A week later, and I am still waiting on the vet calling. I have called reception multiple times, who tell me that the vet has called, yet no missed call, no voicemail left. I checked the number they had for me and also gave them an alternative. I was told the vet had called the alternative number and left a voicemail, yet again, no missed call or voicemail left. They took my money no problem but their lack of communication regarding my dog’s results is completely unacceptable. There is no point in having blood tests done if I never know the outcome. I don’t for one second believe that the vet cannot get through, to either my number or the alternative provided, when every other call manages fine. Do not recommen...

They took all the precautions to ensure he gets the right treatment, the vet him self has a ferret too and not only knew about them on an Academic level but knew things as an owner! Slinky was happy being able to stretch his legs while in a safe environment waiting. Thank you 608! You are brilliant!

Parking can be a tiny bit tricky. But plenty of parking.

Everyone there is so courteous, approachable. Vets are knowledgeable and efficient – they are competent but do not dismiss the concerns of the pet caregiver.
Phones are promptly answered and I was offered same day appointment – as there was a cancellation
Excellent service , great management
As an NHS senior Clinician and medical educator I would recommend all hospital managers and trainers to come and learn from 608.
