Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 We chose this vet as they also look after our avian friends, so naturally we use them for our feline friends. Reception is a little on the snug side, but they’ve always been friendly with reasonable prices. Thankfully haven’t needed to use them for anything too serious.

I had a rankins dragon who was very poorly and the Vets helped him the best they could, they offered so many different treatment options and did so much research into his multiple conditions. They were very kind and supportive, I couldn’t recommend them enough, especially for reptiles.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 My chinchilla had problematic teeth (growing in the wrong way). First surgery last October went pretty good, they made them shorter which helped animal to chew and eat. This year in January they inspected the same problem. But this time they decided to get rid of those teeth. As vet announced after surgery, they pulled out all teeth in the bottom and one on the top saying that teeth are growing up during all chinchillas life and soon she’ll have them again anyway. No one told us about the plan of the surgery, we found out everything afterwards. In one day my tiny creature died! After taking the medicine they prescribed in few hours my chinchilla couldn’t stand, was lying on her side and breathing heavily. I’ve spoken to few another vets and they said they should never pull teeth out because chinchillas have minimum pain threshold and could die because of shock. Rating:5 Amazing service, my best experience with a vet, we had a puppy who needed urgent care and was asked to come in promptly, on arrival it was clear to see the passion that the staff have for what they do and the genuine care that they provide for the animals. Our pup ‘Rocky’ received the attention that he desperately needed straight away and has now recovered! From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank the staff for their outstanding service and would recommend any pet owner who is searching for a practice who puts the needs of the pet first!

We went to this place a couple years ago for a routine health exam for our avian friend and despite the pricing being afforable, the vet we had was cold, condesending and impatient with us. They didn’t ask any questions and didn’t give us any indepth feedback unless we askded for it. Thus we looked at other places that abet weren’t the best either in terms of price and expereince but we still had a better experience there than here.

However, recently our pet bird had an emergancy condition that needed to be looked at ASAP and we couldn’t get a place at our newer vets so we decided to settle for this one.
