My shih tuz dusty loved going to see Elaine and sue I used to pack her little bag she used to get so excited she was going there from 5 mo hs old till she was 81/2can’t thank them enough for looking after our fur baby sadly dusty went to sleep forever 22nd Dec 2023 but I will never forget Elaine and sue xx

Very friendly place. The ladies that run it seem very kind, otherwise we wouldn’t want to leave our pal with them. Prices are reasonable, in fact we are going back there today because we are going away for a long weekend, so the furry baby is staying at Arden House. The only tiny gripe is that we have to fill a form in every time we go, but that is no major issue, just a tiny niggle. Overall though, we are really pleased we found Arden House, and we wouldn’t take him anywhere else.

I have used them MANY times with my dogs. Even ones I have fostered. Elaine is always very helpful and accommodating

Last minute need to look after my cat. Had capacity. Seamus seemed happy enough when we picked him up after 5 days there. Price was good, and offered almost any food type you could think of.
