0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Mr Steve is the best doctor I have ever met. He is extremely good with animals, he can handle nervous cats very well. My cat loves him despite my cat is a grumpy one. The nurses providing excellent customer service and they are also very kind.

Rating:1 Bilston Vetinary Clinic is an absolute disgrace.. after 40 years of being a loyal customer, when they were nothing- liking Steve the vet and having decent caring service … they have lost any future custom with my 3 dogs. Last year i had my dog spayed at another vets due to a £150 saving!! -wouldnt anyone?

They treated our previous staff Shelly for 12+ years whenever she was ill, our jack russell Lady for just shy of 14 years and now they currently treat our 3 staffs Big Bella, Little Bella & Ruby. They get treated that well Ruby never wants to leave and knocks the door to get in ♀️

She is now due her booster and they have refused to do as she was spayed elsewhere. The receptionist was extremely rude and obnoxious (she has always been snooty) .. yes, i was high rate and spoke over her as she pointed out who does she think she is – just a plain boring jobs worth karen receptionist, due to her stinking attitude and the fact that they obviously care more about money than a dogs health and well being.. well I have called the friendly vets that spayed her and she is booked in tonight for her booster, which is also costing less than the snotty, uncaring robdogs that call themselves BILSTON VETINARY CLINIC..
