Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Bogdan fixed my tortoise! I took my tortoise to see the vet, Bogdan, after being referred by Vets4Pets at Merry Hill. It’s quite difficult to find a vet that specialises in reptiles, but Bogdan was fantastic and my tortoise is now getting better after being very unwell. He definitely knew what he was talking about. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my tortoise there again if he needed help. Thank you so much!

I registered at the practice, they liaised with my home veterinary practice and everything was simple from there. Thoroughly recommended. Many thanks.

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 Waited quite some time to speak to receptionist. The weighing scales dont seem to be working and i visited the vets about 10 days ago, followed instructions given to me and told not to bother with a follow up appt as it would cost me more money, only to find my dog back there to be told the information given initially was not right so more medications and now a possibility of surgery. Not very impressed

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 First visit with our new pup. I got my time wrong and arrived 40 minutes early, maybe I was lucky (they weren’t very busy) we were seen within 10 min. The receptionist was fantastic and very knowledgeable as was the vet. No complaints from me.
