Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Working in clinical leadership, I feel hugely supported by Linnaeus – every decision ultimately driven by the question “what’s the right thing to do”, whether that’s about treatment of a pet or investment in equipment. The amount of clinical equipment (such as patient monitors) that’s been bought with patient welfare and safety as the justification, rather than a financial reason, is amazing. A couple of early projects included ensuring every site was using capnography and eliminating the use of nitrous oxide while providing training and support for these transitions.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 The vet practice that I have been with for almost 13 years was recently taken over by Linnaeus. I am not impressed with either their customer service or their arbitrary decision to change the anti flea and worm medication for my dog without checking with me first. I’ve moved vets despite being very fond of my Vetinary surgeon. Let this be a cautionary tale. When you acquire a new business how you behave is crucial. Linnaeus seem to be behaving like the proverbial bull in a china shop. Let them pay the price.

Rating:1 Linnaeus seem to be not very good at paying subcontractors, we carried out some work at one of their branches on Christmas eve 2020 (having to send two of our employees in when they were going to have time off). We are still waiting on payment after constantly prompting them for the past 5 months. if i had a dog that needed a procedure i wouldn’t be allowed to leave until i had settled my bill. i suggest somone from Linnaeus contacts me IMMEDIATELY

Ive got to know some great, highly motivated and skilled people who are all totally committed to making a better world for pets. Great teams who work well together. No hesitation to say that moving from a practice owner to Linnaeus employee has been very positive.
