Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Very unprofessional of the lady at the desk she needs some manners ill ne writing all over social media & trust pilot my partner drove all the way from redditch today to get to my appointment & she said there wasn’t a appointment booked she knows full well there is u even called me back to arrange the appointment!! She’s done it deliberately as I couldn’t go to my previous appointment as my daughter had a seizure at school and she knew this she has a massive attitude problem needs the sac if u ask me

Both times I have been booked in and then she went into labour the day before and they accommodated an emergency C Section and gave me all the advice I needed before/after. Great service and also around £500 cheaper than everywhere else!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 We travelled up from the south coast – what can we say.. the most amazing, caring and supportive vets ever..! We were concerned about travelling three and a half hours each way… however the vets were very supportive. I wish we lived nearer as they would definitely be our vets… thank you again for everything.

The only person who wasnt friendly or welcoming was the owner. I was under impression she didn’t really care and was there just to make sure the right fee has been paid and didn’t even smiled once. Medical staff and receptionist was amazing !! Thank you for all! Mummy and puppies are all well.

Never had any issues at all, I always recommend this place as it is one of the few vets that do not rip you off these days.
Was greated with Precious by the lovely girls on the desk, all staff are friendly and the vet was great.
See you in two weeks
