0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Absolutely brilliant, wonderful staff and relaxed environment. My two kitties are on the Pal For Life Per Health Scheme. Very pleased with how easy it is to set up and ha e immediate cover.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 We have used the orchard vets at Oldbury for over 11 years. We have had 2 dogs and 2 cats that have been cared for and looked after they them. We lost 2 cats over the years and the vets were brilliant with us and cared for our loved ones after their passing. We had to make the hardest decision of our life yesterday about our Carly the dog. She had been especially cared for by the vets for the last 12 months. When the time came, Helen reassured us that we were doing the right thing. She was with us every step of the way and still with us after Carly,s passing. Helen is an inspiration to all humans and pets. I wish there were more like her

Younger one went to puppy classes with Natalie so he has no fear of going to see the vet now and know he will get fussed and a little treat! My older, anxious rescue recently had to have 8 teeth out and he was cared for really really well, I swear he was made such a fuss of that he was disappointed to see me when I went to collect him

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Cannot recommend Orchard vets enough. Staff are wonderful and so caring towards our dogs. Recently we had an emergency situation with our cheeky boy Mack and the staff at orchard were amazing throughout and I felt confident Mack was receiving the best care. We also have insurance through orchard and it was explained to us at the time exactly how much we can claim and how to do it, there’s no chasing third party company’s – so glad we chose this option!

This is my happy boy after 2 days at the vets with an overnight stay. Thank you for taking care of him, we appreciate you all! X
