I did not get names so apologies in advance for any inconvenience, firstly i have a going on 14-year-old dog (i have had this Dog when i was 7) i called this vet and the two times i phoned they was amazing and very helpful as i had worries about my dog and they suggested for him to be put down urgently as you can imagine this was a massive heartbreak towards myself and family when we built up the courage to arrive the receptionist was nothing but amazing and so lovely and so helpful he was the best one in there, we was finally called in and we started to explain the issues (this male had black hair in a bun) he took my dog to get prepared (catheter) my dog was gone for some time 15-20 minutes approximately when the vet came back in he was extremely judgemental and the behaviour of this man was absolutely disgusting i did want to get up and leave but didn’t as he had a lot to say about myself saying in different words that i want my dog dead and suggested for my dog to go to a cha...

Great service & friendly staff. My cat was quite poorly and they took fantastic care of her and kept us informed at every step. Having multiple branches made making emergency appointments a breeze and having the hospital/emergency vet on one of their sites meant no transport hassle and all communication of her condition was dealt with internally. Thankfully she is looking and feeling much better now. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly reception team and vets.
I have found the whole team very supportive even when times were tough when I lost my little Bertie to Cancer.
They explained everything very well and were very sympathetic.
Keep up the extremely good work.

We took our cat Dave who had a diaphragmic hernia and had become very unwell , vomiting bile and off his legs. We felt it was time for him to go. It was last Sunday. Dave was put to sleep and it cost over £400. No other treatment was given at that time. Today , Boxing Day ! The vets called us to ask what we wanted to do with Dave, they said a cremation was another £90, we were quite puzzled and angry as this was never mentioned or charged for at the time. My husband who is still very upset told them it was very inconsiderate and we are not paying anymore money. Why wait a week to call us on Boxing Day! We are very angry. We loved Dave and had already paid out £1000 two weeks prior when he first became unwell. It’s not about the money at all , just be professional and caring. Explain what has to be done

At George’s vets, thanks for your reply, perhaps vets now are not a good advertisement for the service you provide. We did not realise this….
