0 You have already voted! Rating:5 This was my first visit. I usually go to Vets for Pets but this was for my mum’s cat. We explained the issue over the phone. They asked questions and consulted with the vet and we were able to get an appointment the same day. There is allocated parking next to the surgery which is a bonus. My mum has mobility issues and was able to use the disabled access. In the waiting room they have hygienic blankets sprayed with calming products to soothe your pet if they are anxious. The staff were friendly and helpful and explained things clearly. My mum couldn’t remember if her cat was chipped but the staff at the desk had the information to hand to support her.

The team listened to my concerns with kindness, and the clinician acted promptly to diagnose and treat. I feel thoroughly supported and confident that our necessary ongoing care will be as excellent as it has always has been.
