0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Excellent. I had to take my dog there for emergency surgery, on new year’s Day. All the staff where so kind, caring and understanding. My dog got excellent care, and they tried to keep the price down for me. My dog is recovering well, and I will be forever grateful, for the excellent care she received. Thank you so much.

My entire family was distraught over my dog suddenly becoming very ill after a fight with another dog, and it felt as though no one was sympathetic in any way. I would’ve thought that as trained professionals and decent human beings, one would have mastered the art of sympathy. But apparently not. I understand it was a Friday night, but it’s just unacceptable.

My mini schnauzer first went for an MRI when he was a puppy, then he had an occasional ‘limp’, sadly he developed SARDS and he went blind and then pancreatitis which caused quite a few issues.
We were referred to Mark Dunning who is simply the best vet. Not only his expertise in his field, but also his kindness and care when dealing at times with a very upset dog. Otto spent a number of nights at the Willows and the nurses and out of hours staff were brilliant in looking after Otto and us too. When you were promised a call, they always phoned, when medication was promised – it was ready and waiting. If only all businesses were run like the Willows.
Sadly we lost Otto, but the end was as peaceful and pain free as you could wish for any loved one. We were given time to be with him before and then we held.him till the very end.We were distraught but Mar...
