Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Coco (my cat) had an incident, and the veteran nurse ‘Sibil’ was amazing! She was super helpful and understanding to cocos needs. Coco is very fiesty when she’s around strangers, but Sibil managed to calm her down. We’ve been seen by Sibil before. She’s an excellent nurse! I definitely recommend this practice! The staff are lovely and very accommodating.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 My fur baby passed away in the night and when I rang them in the morning they were just so lovely. They showed so much sympathy and empathy in what was a heartbreaking time. They showed that they cared and that helped with the pain when handing him over. They sent me a beautiful card a few days later with a beautiful message which floored me. I’m so grateful and appreciative in the way they handled this situation.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Rude vets aren’t willing to listen to what we ask as owners, waiting on a call back about complaint from last year. My dog is terrified of this vets and isn’t how I want it to be.

He absolutely adores the staff here and loves the lovely ladies that work on the reception area! As a dog owner i don’t think I’d be able to trust any other vet with our boy now, they made us feel right at home from the first appointment and every one since, strongly recommend! Thank you all so much And also would highly recommend joining one the pet plans it’s saved us so much money!

Receptionist are really nice. Only good thing about this place at the minute.
We’ve been using this vets for 18 years and never felt so disappointed in the care/treatment we receive.
Shame you don’t discuss things with owner.
Disgusting you have removed us from your care without talking to me 1st accusing me of swearing at vet is a disgrace I didn’t have never done that. Won’t even talk to me to listen to what actually happened, and send an email at 17.30pm 9/2/2024 this evening saying we are no longer under your treatment really fair when i havent done anything just asked a question about a treatment thats worked in the past.What a joke of a company. Shame as been with you 18 years and this is how we r treated. Between mid treatment as well you kick us out. Oh well thanks.
