Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Looked like my dog Bear (14yrs) has had a stroke head leaning to one side & very unsteady on his legs, vet said he’s got Vestibular disease (he is in very good health for his age) he will make a full recovery after a few weeks of treatment

The vet was brilliant with my dog considering he’s a bit of anxious dog. The service was superb & very hassle free. Gives you peace of mind knowing that we have an emergency vet we can get to see – without any problems, big thank you.

Rating:5 Second to none, from exceptionally friendly, pleasant young receptionist (people should take a leaf out of your book) who went above and beyond to help and get our details sorted to probably one of the most knowledgeable vets I’ve ever met. Took time to explain everything, was patient, understanding and had all the time in the world to sort our dog. Your passion care and customer service skills are the best. I honestly don’t want to go anywhere else now we’ve found you guys. Thankyou! X

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 We visited on Sunday afternoon with my Labrador who had gone off his legs. Upon arrival I received a text acknowledging my arrival we went to reception and told staff that we couldn’t get my dog out of the car. Staff quickly came out and helped and took him straight to see the vet. After a reasonable wait we spoke to the vet who was treating our dog. The vet was very helpful and sympathetic throughout and gave us some great advice and told us all treatments given to our dog.

The veterinary nurse and vet were great with my puppy and kept us up to date while we waited. The practice was busy and had a few animals that didn’t make it and even to those customers their customer service was great and comforting. Thank you
