Would give a 0 if I could . The due care and attention was not given when carrying out boas surgery , had to have a second operation to try and correct the first to then be told our boy had layengal collapse which was causing all the issues after several months of vet visits was finally reffered to QVSH. QVSH had to perform “CORRECTIVE” surgery as the original surgery caused further obstruction there was also nothing wrong with the larynx so vets4pets misdiagnosed. Vets4pets should not be allowed to conduct this type of surgery no matter how experienced they say they are . We learnt the hard way
Legal action has now commenced after months and months of vets4pets trying to brush this under the carpet
Do not let this vets perform boas surgery they are not soft tissue specialist.

Phoned up on a Saturday as my cat had a swollen bottom lip. and spoke to a lovely receptionist. Think his name was mark. He was very friendly and helpful. Offered me an appointment in a few days but asked me to also send a picture for the vet to review incase it warranted an urgent appointment. I sent a picture on what’s app and had a reply minutes later saying to come in for an afternoon slot instead. My husband took our cat but said the team were very helpful and thorough. Our cat had antibiotics and painkillers. He seems better in himself already. It was £150 for an emergency appointment, antibiotics injections, painkiller injection. And oral painkillers to take at home after 24 hours. I think this was very reasonable and was expecting it to be more. Thank you to the team. My cat seems more settled and less swollen this evening already! Sara King.

Disappointed that they cancelled my vet appointment as I was driving to the shop. My cat was already stressed as it was. They phoned in the morning saying they had an appointment that might take longer but it should still be fine to come. I trusted their judgement however, they ended up cancelling anyway with no apologies for the inconvinience and stress it caused my old cat who hates car journeys. They only had one vet who was working on the weekend, if that’s the case if they should have cancelled my appointment in advance not as I’m driving to my appointment! Didn’t even bother rebooking here again in case they cancel last minute like this. Really upset at the lack of foresight in managing this situation and the stress it caused my cat on this occasion.

Absolutely beautiful service from these amazing people. My cat was bought her by a lovely woman after being hit by a car, sadly my cat didn’t make it. The staff were all very compassionate and the after service for cremation was so amazing. I am still to receive the ashes but I know it will all be perfect. Thankyou ♡ Rip Koa ♡♡
