0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I have been taking my Bengal cats to the Vets 4 Pets branch in West Bromwich for several years, but my recent experiences have been nothing short of heartbreaking. Over the last four years, I have lost two of my beloved cats due to what I believe is a lack of professional competence at this clinic.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Had to go in middle of the night as emergency appointment. The vet and nurse were very helpful and compassionate. They took their time and showed a lot of sympathy and empathy. Highly recommend.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Excellent 24 hour service, called and got an appointment straight away. We took our thirteen year old staffie to them in the middle of night to make the awful decision that the time had come. The receptionist was warm and welcoming and immediately made a fuss of Drexl(our dog). The vet was clear, concise and talked to us with honest communication, would definitely recommend and considering that we weren’t registered at the vets extremely reasonably priced. Thank you both for making an awful decision and situation a lot smoother for our family x

The veterinarians here were unable to accurately diagnose the health issues my cats were facing. Instead, they prescribed a variety of pills and antibiotics that only seemed to worsen their conditions. This inadequate care led to the untimely deaths of my precious pets, and I am left with the feeling that their lives were cut short due to the clinic’s incompetence.
If you truly care about your pets and want to avoid unnecessary heartbreak and loss, I strongly advise against bringing them to this clinic. It feels like the primary focus here is on making money rather than providing genuine, compassionate care for the animals.
