Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 This vets is disgusting I do not recommend this vets at all they do not care about the animals they are all about the money. My kitten got done and Wednesday she was returned still under drugs meaning her legs was weak and she was falling over she’s been throwing up for three days not touched food nor drank we took her back today and they demanded that we either paid them 2’500 pound to give her fluids or put her down they would not bring my kitten back to me untill we made that decision we then had to take her an hour and half away from home to give her a chance and be cared for by people who genuinely love animals we will not be returning here it’s disgusting and we will definitely be putting a complaint in

Rating:1 On the 31st march our cat (Arthur) was taken in to Your Vets as he was limping and his back legs had swollen, and was running a high temperature, the vet recommended an overnight stay. Blood sample taken for analysis. O.K. all good up to now. The following day we were phoned up by the nurse to be told our cat had bitten the vet and she had spent the night in A.&E. which was said rather abruptly and as if it was our fault. When we apologized to the vet she said the nurse should not have said anything. The following Thursday he was booked to have fluid taken from his leg joints to go away for analysis. By Thursday his legs were back to normal and he was running around as if nothing was wrong. The vet said there was no point in drawing fluid from the joints as things were back to normal. On 19 April we had to take Arthur back as he was running a temperature and was limping again. The vet found an abscess in Arthur’s ear and prescribed oral antibiotics, he suggested that the ab...

I have 3 cats that I’ve been bringing here for the last 5 years and the only negative I can think of is the odd occasion I’ve been kept waiting 10 mins for an appointment (which is nothing). Staff here are always so excellent. I believe the vet we met with today is called Bart (sorry if I misheard!) and he was so lovely, professional and calming while explaining how to treat our cat’s illness. We’ve been here countless times and never had a bad experience. It’s a 20 minute drive from our house and we have tonnes of vets closer to home but we prefer our cats to be in safe hands after having poor experiences with others vets around us. Thank you to everyone who works here for all your help over the last 5 years, we wouldn’t choose anywhere else to take our boys!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Just like to give a big thank you to all the staff who were working on the 30th March 2024. I had to book an appointment to have my boy put to sleep as he was very ill. I could hardly talk when I phoned, the receptionist was so patient with me and got me in as soon as possible. The lady that dealt with us, I didn’t get her name, I was a bit oblivious to what was going on to be honest. She was so kind, helping in anyway, she even said she’d wait for my son and daughter as they wanted to be there. I’ve never lost a pet in this way before, so it was a new experience for me.

I can’t thank the staff enough for being so patient with us. Our first visit, we couldn’t even get near the vet without my pup being terrified, after speaking further with the staff, we figured out a way to have the consultation.
Such amazing and sweet staff and I really appreciate how much they helped us.
We’ve been with many vets, yet this is by far the best. Most vets wouldn’t have wanted to see us again.
The only way we got a happy tail wag was when my pup noticed the teddies they had on display, I can confirm their teddies are worth buying too!
They are super helpful, if you also have a nervous pup, I called up to explain and spoke to them in advance.
I definitely recommend!
(As you’ll see in the photo, she was extremely happy with her teddy)
