Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Attended a large wedding there today. Venue spotless and beautifully appointed. Staff efficient and very polite. Food served quickly and was enjoyed by all. Ample parking on site.

Is very good hall. 2 floors and the top floor can see the bottom floor – balcony styled making it easy to have a segregated wedding and include the men. Has an elevator aswell – wheelchair accessible and is in quite a remote location. Has a decent sized car park the hall. The food is pretty good for a wedding. Isn’t top level restaurant type but is good. The service was incredible. Waiters were good and did a good job and were quick and efficient. This is a very good hall if you want to have a small or big wedding has it has 3 halls with one seperate from the other 2.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 I had my wedding at HRA on 25th May and Uncle the Owner was very polite and made the booking smooth. He allowed me to come early and see the setup of tables so I was able to have input. A kind suggestion the Waiters do need more training Maybe the Waiter Manager needs to ensure the waiters are delivering a high service on all tables. Other than that everything was excellent. Management was great 🙂

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 The worst venue to book in Birmingham, honestly if you’re looking for somewhere to have your special day i highly wouldn’t recommend this place. For starters my sister had a wedding there a few days ago and let me just say we had a horrible experience, from my cousin falling over and nearly breaking something because the cleaning ladies were cleaning the floor during a wedding AND one of the owners was laughing after she fell…. , to the workers mocking and laughing at my sister during her rukhsti. They literally got her dupatta and a group of them were laughing and making jokes during the most emotional and special moment. We were all horrified and the owners daughter or someone was standing right next to them while they were doing it. And also I’m pretty sure the workers stole half the cake someone saw them eating it and taking it with them. We were literally so disgusted by the whole experience and their hospitality was literally 0 stars. AVOID this venue at all cost guys I wouldn’t ...

The booking, itinerary, and whole process throughout was made easy for us. Aisha remained in contact and kept us informed from the point of booking until the actual day. Mr Ali and Sultan also supported and helped us throughout the day.
The venue is beautiful, modern and cleanliness throughout is of a high standard. The decor allows you to adapt to any colour scheme should you wish to and if you wish to remain with what is already in there, that is also very striking.
The memories we made that day will last forever. Without the support of the staff that would not have been possible.
So a big thank you to all the staff at HRA!!!!
I would highly recommend this venue.
