I ordered 5 wine tasting glasses from its online store. When I opened the box,(I must say, their packing is really well and you don’t have to worry things get broken during delivery) I found 1of them are left fingerprints on the edge and 1 of them left a lipstick mark on it. I am not sure if they are selling used item intentionally or their staffs are so kind trying to help me do some testing on the product, anyway I asked for refund and they did do so very efficiently without even wasting a word with me on it. I didn’t receive any email from them but only the refund notification so I still don’t know what happened. But anyway thank you for the speed of delivery and refund which definitely worths stars

Disappointing experience. I bought two cases of wine En Primeur and on arrival in the UK requested deliver, all good so far. Then Fraziers tell me they need to take the wine out of the wooden Chateaux boxes so they can repack it in their ECO carrier packs. They charge £6.62 plus VAT for each ECO box. Not really very ECO friendly process. They did say that if I would like to retain the original wooden boxes I could drive to Solihull and pick them up, that’s service for you. I must say I have never ever done En Primeur business along these lines with any other wine merchant/wine broker in the 40 years I have been buying wine.

A little put out at first as the delivery did not arrive on the expected day.
No one’s fault as the wine was out of stock and I missed an email telling me this in my Spam folder .
All other communication arrived correctly.
The parcel arrived in excellent condition and the wine was very securely packaged.
I will order again with confidence from Frazier’s .

Item never arrived and there was no attempted delivery. Despite me being out of the country someone in my household was home all day and there was no attempted delivery. I tried contacting parcel force which was useless and they told me to contact the merchant. I went ahead and did this and to summarise I am out money, have received no product and they refuse to refund me or resend the product. A birthday now ruined. Appalling. First time shopping here and I never will again.

Looking for a certain Rioja and found this website on google..Found this wine on other websites but it was £8 per bottle more expensive so I ordered 2 bottles from Frazier’s Wine Merchants at 4pm on Monday & delivered by 2pm Wednesday.. Great communication via email/text would and will defiantly use again and recommend to family and friends… Thanks!!
