Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 AVOID. This is a fake company. They make money on your payment before (eventually) refunding you (or hoping you forget/can’t be bothered). Fake tracking data is supplied, but the competitively priced goods NEVER arrive. See all other reviews saying the same thing. Amazon is complicit in their fraud for failing to provide a means of calling out fake companies like this. I’ve waited 15 days for goods that never arrived. The same thing ordered on EBay arrived the next day, less than 20 hours after ordering. I will now only use Amazon when there is absolutely no alternative and search the seller’s reviews before placing any orders.

Rating:1 As there has been multiple reviews of people in the same situation of their goods never being dispatched, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt that something catastrophic had happened. However, if you look back 1-3 years, you see similar reviews. Bunch of scammers! No idea how they are still operating on Amazon, when I worked for CS there, they would remove these businesses straight away.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I ordered 2 bags of cat litter at a good price but they were not delivered. Was marked as with Evri but Evri said not received. GWL did not respond to me through Amazon channels even when Amazon rep contacted them. Amazon refunded against my wishes but no one understood that I needed the items and would have to pay a higher price elsewhere for a replacement. I am not sure the seller realising they could charge a higher price was not the reason for the issue and that item was never sent out.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I ordered grouting on 29th sept. It should of arrived within the week. The tracking stated that the goods were picked up by the carrier on 29th then no more tracking available. I asked were it was and when will I receive it. They asked me to wait two more days. This happened twice. I had to ask three times for a refund which they ignored. In the end I complained to Amazon who are arranging a refund to me on 16th Oct. This so called alleged company is rubbish avoid them at all costs.
