Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Received excellent customer service from the manager today. Little one was feeling unwell and she went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely be visiting 5 Alive again. Kids love playing here.

Rating:5 Had a school party which became overbooked (21 kids!!) due to unexpected arrivals but the organisation was excellent, they adapted to seat families and feed all the children and party bags were supplied for the confirmed children. Keep in mind that parents will happily send their kids to a play centre like this, just get their number first! My son had a great time, plenty to do, my 2 year old nephew got full access to the toddler area. Tea, food, drinks served on premises (no external drinks or food allowed at all). Ideal for small birthday parties

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 We are regular visitors here. Been away for a couple of months but it’s still as good as it was when we left. Kids love it. It’s recently been updated and there’s now plenty of seating for adults, which for me is critical. They’ve also updated the play area which is keeping my little ones exploring and having fun. I’ve held two birthday parties here, which I would recommend when you can’t be asked with snotty relatives at over at your house.

Safe play area, great variety of play equipment, food and drinks available at fair prices and great staff and management who deliver a really professional service. Clean and tidy. Big up 5 Alive

I was in this place for no longer than 30 minutes, and have nothing good to say.
Charged us 5.95 for an 11 month old baby who isn’t walking when online it clearly states 2.50.
We left with our baby with a bright red nose because of how cold it was in there, it was warmer outside.
The picture says it all, a Shisha tip left in the under 4s area, along with lolly sticks, wrappers and crisps.
Online it says there is many areas which clearly don’t exist, sensory area for example, piano that didn’t work.
There is much bigger, cleaner, safer and warmer play gyms around with much more reasonable prices especially.
