0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Reading previous reviews I didn’t know what to expect, but I took two kids age 4 and 5 this afternoon and they loved it. Toilets and toys were clean, and the staff were cleaning the table tops.Food was good too. We’ll definitely go back again.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Attended a party at this place today. Our first time going, we won’t go again. The place was filthy, old mouldy sweets in the ball pool, grime on baby toys and sticky tables and surfaces. Both my husband and I mentioned how sticky the place was. We never saw anyone cleaning while we were there. It was freezing cold and the women’s toilets had water (I hope it was water) all over the floor causing my child to have to change his socks. The staff seemed unbothered and young. There was only one member of staff at the party booth and the adults ended up handing the food out. The only good thing was the dance floor. Here’s hoping the children haven’t picked anything up from here.

Came a little late on a Sunday but staff were kind enough to only charge me half the price did not insist on paying full which I was prepared to do but the kind gesture means I will be back and give this place my business in the future. Well done Adventure Island

The staff are brilliant and looked after us.
The food is delicious and I recommend the Cajun chicken wrap with chips

The place was very chaotic. All stuff was miserable, and I was not happy to work. If not the age of some of them, I would say that they have been hangover.
We have been waiting for food for a long time, and we have been waiting over half hours each time, and we orders twice. Food wasn’t even good, chicken dry, chips (frice) just a bit warm, and a coffee was just instant powder coffee.
The temperature of this place wasn’t also right. On a display, it was stated that there were 17. 2°c.
Most of the items for kids to play were also dirty.
I’ll not come back to this place again.
The only positive was the dance floor for kids.
