Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 AVOID THIS PLACE. Absolutely shocking customer service today. Took 2 babies here for play and lunch. Facilities very average and toddler area not safe for babies at all, as older children trample on them. We were told 45min waiting time for food so ordered the food as soon as we got in. 45 mins in and no sign of food, so I approached a member of staff to ask how long for food as the babies were getting very hungry. Staff member looked at me as though I had personally insulted her, and responded ‘we only have 1 chef and all these people to serve, it can be up to an hour’ so I said fine and sat back down. In the meantime people arriving later than us were being served quicker; not sure why, may have been as I was the only customer of darker skin tone on the premises at the time…

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Highly recommend. Brought our 4 babies here and they loved it! Some things were out of order but regardless it was lovely. Such a big play area. Yummy food reasonably priced! Lovely staff answered any questions we had thank you all so so much we will be back again

Rating:1 What can I say… we travelled from Leeds because my kids saw the pictures online and were really excited to go there, sadly a huge disappointment… the electric karts weren’t working, the vortex was turned off, the same with the balls machine and other parts were just out of service without a specific reason. There was an area for toddlers driving with only TWO cars.

We contacted the staff at the coffee desk asking why the karts weren’t working and they suggested to contact the manager, we approached her, initially she was friendly until we questioned why the karts were off, she was quite rude and just said “staff issues” without even making eye contact and just walked away. No customer service at all!
I won’t ever go again and I won’t recommend anyone to even try. Don’t waste your money nor your time.

The main play frame (age 3-8ish) is great. In good working order, lots to keep them entertained for a full two hours.
The sensory room (age 1-2) is completely out of order.
The smaller play frame (age 1-3) is mostly working, although the ball pit is missing, and the ball suction machine is out of order.
There’s only two push along cars are good but they need another two or three of them.
The go kart area is out of order.
The ball target range is out of order.
Our kids (3 and 4) loved it, and were thoroughly entertained. Older kids might get a bit more annoyed at the bits that aren’t working.
