Rating:1 Went in to book a bike service but they couldn’t take bookings until next month, so I’ll have to go somewhere else. Queued for fifteen minutes because there’s not enough staff. The staff were very considerate and friendly though.

Rating:1 Ordered a dash cam bundle and fitting. The website is not the best. I added a bundle to my order but didn’t show exact item on my receipt. I ring customer service to confirm and they confirmed I ordered dash cam, hard wiring and SD card. When I got to my appointment for fitting they said I haven’t paid for the SD card. Not helpful so ring customer service while I’m there waiting to get through to them the guy started the job. No help from store no help from customer service.

Rating:2 Had my bike fixed and serviced by Halfords, which was great, let down by the awful customer service. Picked my bike up Sunday lunchtime, kept waiting for 20 minutes, when I was eventually seen to no apology for my wait. Four members of staff downstairs who were sat around doing nothing, surely you would think they should see a queue of people waiting upstairs at the bike section and come and serve customers, but no.

Rating:5 I received an excellent experience from a very experienced and knowledgeable Halfords staff member. A motorbike hexagon shaped tool with wrench bought to help me open a fragrance bottle! I really appreciate Halfords staff, they never fail me with their helpfulness and knowledge. Thank you soooo much Halfords, as I didn’t receive any help from the place I purchased the fragrance bottle (fragrance for candle making, not the regular kind ).

Raised a complaint and finally after waiting about 3/4 weeks I chased them up and eventually reimburse the cost for the SD card.
Also the customer before me had the exact same issue he thought he added a bundle (which I believe he did as did I). At the appointment you have no choice but to buy a SD card as you can not use the dash cam without one.
The actual dash cam is not the best.
