When I walked in to Barclays I was greeted with a smile from a good lady and it made me feel welcome and proud, I went up stairs and was helped by Duane who was also helpful and made me feel welcome. I had a dispute and this was resolved in a timely manner. Thank you

Staff were helpful upon entry to the branch and were able to direct me to her correct place for the service I needed.
Duane was really friendly and super-fast sorting out my mobile banking for me. He was very cheerful and welcoming.

Jackie provided amazing customer service and helped save me 1 hour by fulfilling my request as other banks couldn’t. Helen also helped in this transaction and both were very welcoming and easy to talk to. Both have bright and warming smiles. I wish other banks could be like this branch. I would recommend to anyone who wants an easy visit to the bank to come to this branch.

Wonderful staff. Duane was very helpful and professional. Put me at ease and had a very pleasant experience at the branch. He is a credit to Barclays and deserves a pay rise.

Duane is an excellent member of staff. Help full and funny and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. Best person to come and see. Can sort any problem.
