Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 I find Bradford Halifax Branch very busy most of the time , but having saying that if I have a query they sort it ,especially Sue who is very good and very helpful in everything she does. Amazing. Shipley branch is less busy but also good.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I went to this branch today to do internet banking, and because I can’t speak English well, they treated me badly and left my work unfinished, and I decided to go to the manager of this branch tomorrow to complain.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 David Reynolds is an absolute wizard! He managed to deal with all our issues seamlessly, in no time . They are always so busy in this branch, but still have impeccable customer service.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Visited the branch in the afternoon to get some information about my card, spoke to a clerk named Imran as we had a language barrier. However after speaking to him we were treated rudely and dismissively. He did not help with communication or attempt to reach a solution. In turn we were interrupted in trying to convey our problem in which he aggressively held his stance and solution without hearing our problem in the first place. However afterwards we saw him deal with another similar situation, to our language barrier, very differently with other customers.
